"The widow and children of Viktor Alexandrovich Grigorovich-Barsky inform relatives and acquaintances of his passing on 10 December, after a long and severe illness. The funeral service will take place at the church of the Degtyarev almshouse on Monday, 12 December, at 11:30 a.m., followed by burial at Lukyanovskoye Cemetery."

• In July 1937, Petr Rulin's wife Lydia Nikolaevna, his daughter Irina, and his mother Claudia Viktorovna were sent into exile in the settlement of Chasha, Tyumen Region. They returned to Kyiv from exile before the war.
• During the war, the family remained in Kyiv under occupation. Claudia Viktorovna was ill.
• On 13 April 1945, Lydia Nikolaevna was arrested and sentenced to 8 years' imprisonment. Claudia Viktorovna was still alive at that time.
• The family of granddaughter Irina later moved to Dnepropetrovsk. There, Claudia Viktorovna helped raise her great-granddaughter Lada (by marriage — Diachek).
